    Engineering Knowledge

    Apply the knowledge of mathematics, science, engineering fundamentals, and an engineering specialization to the solution of complex engineering problems.


    Problem Analysis

    Identify, formulate, review research literature, and analyze complex engineering problems reaching substantiated conclusions using first principles of mathematics, natural sciences, and engineering sciences.


    Design/ Development of Solutions

    Design solutions for complex engineering problems and design system components or processes that meet the specified needs with appropriate consideration for the public health and safety, and the cultural, societal, and environmental considerations.


    Conduct investigations of complex problems

    Use research-based knowledge and research methods including design of experiments, analysis and interpretation of data, and synthesis of the information to provide valid conclusions.

    • Miss. Aruna Kumari, 8th Sem of Industrial and Production Engineering, RYMEC have represent Indian women’s throw ball team in Indonesia and grabbed FIRST PLACE in International throwball championship for women’s –January 2018.
    • RYMEC Boys Cricket Team has grabbed FIRST PLACE in VTU Kalburgi Zonal cricket Tournament 2017-18.
    • RYMEC women's volley ball team have secured 4th place in VTU Interzonal Volley ball Tournament 2018 held in GMIT, Davanagere from 7th to 8th March 2018.
    • Miss. Chandrakala T, 4th sem of Computer Science & Engineering have represented India and won First Place in International Throw ball Tournament against Thailand & SriLanka in 2016-17
    • Miss. Sahana Deshpande, 6th sem student of Dept of CSE have won SILVER medal in VTU Zonal Athletic competition 2017-18 held at VTU, Belagavi.
    • Mr. Shivakumar, 6th sem of Mechanical Engineering have represented India and won First Place in International Throw ball Tournament held at Thailand 2016-17.
    • Two Students from RYMEC have represented Karnataka Hockey Team in 2017-18.
    • Mr. B. Balaji, RYMEC have won Gold Medal in National Level Karate Championship held at Rajasthan and Jaipur in 2018.
    • RYMEC Boy's volley ball team have won First place in VTU Interzonal Volley ball Tournament held at PDIT, Hosapete in 2018.

    Rao Bahadur Y Mahabaleswarappa Engineering College, Ballari is one among the total of 450+ Remote centers in India and 5+ Remote centers in Karnataka, under the National Mission on Education Through ICT (NMEICT, MHRD, Govt.of India with a vision for the Empowerment of Students and Teachers through Synchronous & Asynchronous Instruction), with Remote Center ID : 1420, established on 02-02-2018.
