Mr. H M Prajwal Kumar, Final year Student of Mechanical Engineering has received “BEST STUDENT OF THE CHAPTER AWARD -2019” by the Indian Society for Technical Education for active involvement in the ISTE chapter activity on 22 February 2020.

Dr. Hiregoudar Yerrannagoudaru, Professor, have Published "Investigation of Bio-Fuels and Low Cetane Fuels in CI Engine", under LAMBERT Academic Publishing. 

 

Dr. Hiregoudar Yerrannagoudaru, Professor, have Published "Investigation of Vegetable Oils in Semi-Adiabatic Diesel Engine", under LAMBERT Academic Publishing.

 

Dr. Hiregoudar Yerrannagoudaru, Professor, has been awarded the “Bio Fuel Award-2019” from the Department of Biofuels and Bioenergy, Government of Karnataka for Research in BioFuels by Sri. K S Eshwarappa Minister for Rural Development and Panchayat Raj on 20 March 2021.

 

Dr. Hiregoudar Yerrannagoudaru, Professor, has been granted a patent for an innovation entitled “Design and Development of a Novel MFUCG (Multi-Fuel Usage Capability Gasifier) equipment to convert liquid Vegetable Oils, Alcohols (Ethanol and Methanol) and (Bio-Fuels) into gases to use as gasified fuels as an alternative fuel in SI Engines” 

 

Dr. Hiregoudar Yerrannagoudaru, Professor, has been granted a patent for an innovation entitled “A Novel Rotating Air Swirl Diffuser Development for Augmentation of Air Swirl in 4- stroke CI Engine”.

 

 

Prof. Virupaksha Gouda H, Assistant Professor and Dr. R H M Somanath Swamy, Assistant Professor, have Published "A book on Non– Traditional Machining", under INSC International Publications. 

 

Dr. Nagaraj Kori, Professor & Head, received the “Innovative Technological Research & Dedicated, Best Educationalist Award” from the Innovative Global Scientific Researches, Educationalist Professionals and Journalist Awards and Fellowship honours convocation 2020-21 at Chennai.

 

Dr. VeerabhadrappaAlgur, Associate Professor, received “Innovative Research & Dedicated, Excellent Professional Achievement Award” from the Innovative Global Scientific Researches, Educationalist Professionals and Journalist Awards and Fellowship honours convocation 2020-21 at Chennai.

 

Dr. Manjunatha K, Associate Professor, received “Best Paper Award” for the paper on “Investigation of Effect of Ceramic Material over which Platinum coated piston crown and alcohols mixed with vegetable oil and its performance evaluation in twin-cylinder CRDI Engine” in the International Conference on 7-8 May 2021, SJBIT, Bangalore.
