Responsibilities of committee:
- Ensure PEO’s and PO’s are clearly defined and updated continuously based on assessment result of direct and indirect assessment
- Ensure course contents are aligned to PEO’s and PO’s.
- Ensure the improvement in design, delivery and attainment of PEO’s and PO’s which is to be reported to NBA.
- Ensure course files are maintained with requisite contents by each faculty.
- Assignment, Test, Quiz, Projects, Laboratory experiments are aligned with PEO’s, PO’s and CO’s.
- Elicit the data from all stake holders that is required for preparation of SAR.

Responsibilities of committee:
- Program Assessment Committee consists of Program Coordinator, Course Coordinator and faculty representatives.
- Chaired by Program Committee, the committee monitors the attainment of PO and PEO’s
- Evaluates program effectiveness and proposes necessary changes.
- Prepares periodic reports that records on program activities, progress, status or other special reports for management.
- Motivates the faculty and students towards attending workshops, developing projects, working models, paper publications and research.
- Interact with students, faculty, Program Coordinators, Course Coordinator and outside/community agencies (through their representation) in facilitating program educational objectives.
- PAC meets at least once in 6 months to review the program and submits report to Department Advisory Committee.

- Interacts and maintains liaison with key stake holders, students, faculty Department Head and employer..
- Monitor and reviews the activities of odd and even semester in program (III/V/VII & IV/VI/VIII) independently works with course coordinators.
- Schedules program work plan in accordance with specifications of program objectives and outcomes.
- Oversees daily operations and coordinates activities of program with interrelated activities of other programs, departments or staff to ensure optimum efficiency and compliance with appropriate policies, procedures and specifications given by HOD.
- Conducts and interprets various surveys required to assess POs.

Responsibilities of committee:
- Coordinates and supervise the faculty teaching the particular course in the module.
- Assess the Attainment of COs by conducting course exit surveys and updates the course delivery and assessments methods.
- Responsible for assessment of the course objectives and outcomes
- Recommend and facilitate workshops, faculty development programs, meetings or conferences to meet the course outcomes.
- Analyzes results of particular course and recommends the Program coordinator and/or Head of the Department to take appropriate action.
- Liaise with students, faculty, program coordinator and Head of the Department to determine priorities and policies.

Responsibilities of committee:
- DAC consists of head of the department, program coordinators, and the representatives of key internal and external stake holders.
- DAC chaired by head of the department, receives the report of the Assessment Committee.
- To monitors the progress of the program and devices plan to improve PEO, PO attainment result.
- DAC on current and future issues related to programs
- Develops and recommends new or revised program goals and objectives.
- DAC meets at least twice in a year to review the programs.
- To collect the Industrial Visit (IV) / Guest Lecture (GL) list from all HODs.
- To prepare the Industrial Visit / Guest Lecture date wise and monitor the same and to check at least 2 Industrial Visit and 2 Guest Lecture for each classes and outstation Industrial Visit is permitted only for final year students.
- Submit the request in prescribed format for Industrial Visit/Guest Lecture to the Principal/Director for approval in time.
- Industrial Visit report and feedback of Guest Lecture must be submitted to Principal for Perusal and approval.
