    The following are the responsibilities of the committee:

    1. Ensure PEO’s and PO’s are clearly defined and updated continuously based on assessment results of direct and indirect assessment
    2. Ensure course contents are aligned to PEO’s and PO’s.
    3. Ensure the improvement in design, delivery and attainment of PEO’s and PO’s which is to be reported to NBA.
    4. Ensure course files are maintained with requisite contents by each faculty.
    5. Assignment, Test, Quiz, Projects, Laboratory experiments are aligned with PEO’s, PO’s and CO’s.
    6. Elicit the data from all stakeholders that are required for the preparation of SAR.

    The following are the responsibilities of the committee:

    1. Program Assessment Committee consists of Program Coordinator, Course Coordinator and faculty representatives.
    2. Chaired by Program Committee, the committee monitors the attainment of PO and PEO’s
    3. Evaluate program effectiveness and proposes necessary changes.
    4. Prepares periodic reports that record program activities, progress, status or other special reports for management.
    5. Motivates the faculty and students towards attending workshops, developing projects, working models, paper publications and research.
    6. Interact with students, faculty, Program Coordinators, Course Coordinator and outside/community agencies (through their representation) in facilitating program educational objectives.
    7. PAC meets at least once in 6 months to review the program and submits report to Department Advisory Committee.

    The following are the responsibilities of the committee:

    1. Interacts and maintains liaison with key stakeholders, students, faculty Department Head and employer..
    2. Monitor and review the activities of odd and even semesters in the program (III/V/VII & IV/VI/VIII) independently works with course coordinators.
    3. Schedules program work plan in accordance with specifications of program objectives and outcomes.
    4. Oversees daily operations and coordinates activities of the program with interrelated activities of other programs, departments or staff to ensure optimum efficiency and compliance with appropriate policies, procedures and specifications given by HOD.
    5. Conducts and interprets various surveys required to assess POs.

    2. Assess the Attainment of COs by conducting course exit surveys and updating the course delivery and assessments methods.
    3. Responsible for assessment of the course objectives and outcomes
    4. Recommend and facilitate workshops, faculty development programs, meetings or conferences to meet the course outcomes.
    5. Analyzes results of particular course and recommends the Program coordinator and/or Head of the Department to take appropriate action.
    6. Liaise with students, faculty, program coordinator and Head of the Department to determine priorities and policies.

    The following are the responsibilities of the committee:

    1. DAC consists of the head of the department,   program coordinators, and the representatives of key internal and external stakeholders.
    2. DAC chaired by the head of the department receives the report of the Assessment Committee.
    3. To monitor, the progress of the program and devices plan to improve PEO, PO attainment results.
    4. DAC on current and future issues related to programs
    5. Develops and recommends new or revised program goals and objectives.
    6. DAC meets at least twice a year to review the programs.
    7. To collect the Industrial Visit (IV) / Guest Lecture (GL) list from all HODs.
    8. To prepare the Industrial Visit / Guest Lecture date wise and monitor the same and to check at least 2 Industrial Visit and 2 Guest Lecture for each classes and outstation Industrial Visit is permitted only for final year students.
    9. Submit the request in prescribed format for Industrial Visit/Guest Lecture to the Principal/Director for approval in time.
    10. Industrial Visit report and feedback of Guest Lecture must be submitted to Principal for Perusal and approval.
